The Fieldworks idea: Basics that get better with wear.

The Fieldworks idea: Basics that get better with wear.

Two friends, one shared goal: A sweater that lasts longer than the trend.
Every Fieldworks piece starts on our cutting table. We test yarns, weights and dyes until the fabric feels right, then wash and wear each sample for months before it goes into production. Better is something we earn one batch at a time.

The stories behind the clothes. From the mills we work with, to the customers who wear our pieces hard – brought together by a love of things made well.
The most sustainable sweater is the one you keep. So we build for decades: dense knits, reinforced seams and colors that age well.
We work with a small group of mills and sewing partners we visit every season. We use low-impact garment dyes, ship in plastic-free packaging, and repair any Fieldworks piece for free. When something finally wears through, send it back and we’ll recycle the fiber into new yarn.

Our Tee Club members test new fabrics before anyone else, and their notes decide what we make next. The photos they send – ten-year-old crewnecks, patched knees, faded totes – show us what we’re working for.

Every Fieldworks style runs XS to XXL, with more sizes coming each season. We publish our sizing data and our factory list every year, and we fit every sample on real people, not just a dress form. When you tell us something doesn’t fit, we change the pattern.
